how to show if one field is entered then other will be enabled or displayed

You can do this easily using dynamic action :

create dynamic action and in the lost focus event show or disabled those dependent items.

In a short period of time i will share a .PDF doc file here how to do that.

Let see final page will look like:

Step 1: Consider any field and field properties like

Step 2: Click list of values and wrote like Figure 2image

Figure 2: Wrote into list of values of field

Step 3: Select any field which field u consider applying dynamic action. See fig 2.

Step 4: Then click next and see figure 3

Step 6: Select selection type and chose items where u applying your dynamic action. You also chose condition and write value

If you want to applying show and hide into a specific field, you see Figure 7. Chose show action and applying same procedure.
