Go to :
Column Attributes of your Report > Go to Column Property > Go to HTML expression and type as :

<span style="width: 80px; display: block; white-space: normal; font-size: 11px;">#NAME#</span> |
OR
|
1 |
<span style="width: 80px; display: block; white-space: pre-line; font-size: 11px;">#NAME#</span> |
Note : here “NAME” is the column name that need to fix width and word wrap.
after completing above go to the report column property and set the column type = Standard report column / Percent Graph (apex 5x)
If you don’t do that then you will see the direct html code instead of column value.
If the above option doesn’t work then you can do another way:
Go to the column properties and then the column title and type the title as

<div style=" width:200px;">Name</div> |
